MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Firstly thank you for purchasing one of our AKRacing chairs, we hope that your experience with us is a positive one.

This Limited Manufacturer Warranty outlined below applies to all products purchased from AKRacing Australia or any of our official resellers.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material for the first 2 years from the date of purchase.

During the Warranty Period, AKRacing Australia will repair or replace, at no charge, product(s) or part(s) of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

AKRacing Australia will first hand correct the problem by replacing the faulty part(s), at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement part(s).

The Warranty Period for any product purchased from AKRacing Australia or any of the official resellers for 5 Years Warranty on the internal seat frame itself, 3 Years Warranty on all Spare Parts – Wheels, base plates, strut, 5 start bases, side mechanisms, and 2 Years Limited Warranty on the material. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (i.e. stains, scratches, and similar problems).
